OpenStreetMap in Google Earth

This is a KML network link that can display map tiles from OpenStreetMap as overlays in Google Earth.

This is a nice way of getting the osm cycle map into Google Earth. I want to now layer other kml information on top of the cyclemap. I can't find anything that seems to control that order. If I turn on the osm map it always seems to be on top.

all your layers you should be able to drag up or down in the left pane of google earth
